I am Yahya Pramana — Sales Execution Architect, founder of Next Level Indonesia, and creator of the C.O.R.E Framework™.

For nearly 30 years I have worked in Sales & Distribution, from the Satelindo era (1995) to regional leadership at Indosat Tbk, before eventually supporting 190+ business owners and sales leaders across industries through Next Level Indonesia. Career Timeline

PT Edukasi Wakaf Indonesia — Halal Advisor (June 2026–present). Regulatory compliance advisory and halal supply chain implementation.

Next Level Indonesia — Founder (September 2021–present). Developed the C.O.R.E Framework™ and coached 190+ business owners and sales leaders across industries.

Edu Learning Academy — Master Trainer (January 2022–present). Designed Public Speaking, Leadership Communication, and Life Coaching programs for corporate audiences.

PT Indosat Tbk — Assistant Vice President, various regional and national roles (2003–August 2024, 20+ years). Led Capability Training & Development for East Java, Bali & Nusra region (cut onboarding time by ~55%), Postpaid Operations (sustained ~30% subscriber acquisition growth), and Retail Postpaid (100% expansion of service points within 2 years through investor partnerships). Prior to that, 15+ years leading sales across 10+ territories in Indonesia.

Arusdata Teknologi Indonesia — Group CEO (May 2014–August 2017). Led a digital solutions company: websites, applications, games, and video communication.

Solusi Tiket — Founder (March 2011–August 2014). Online booking platform for flights, trains, and domestic/international travel packages.

Satelindo — Sales & Operations Leadership, East Java, Bali & Nusra Tenggara (July 1995–April 2004). Built distribution networks from zero during Indonesia's early telecommunications era, progressing from Point of Sales Coordinator to Channel Distribution Manager.

PRA Productions — Founder (March 1989–January 1996). First IT & peripherals business — computer hardware sales, rental, and servicing, run alongside university studies at Universitas Brawijaya.
